I have an accounting degree from the University of Baltimore, where I sat for My CPA before enrolling in law school for my masters in accounting. I was involved with a variety of honor societies, as well as a tutor for students in a number of disciplines. I am CRLA certified with a strong understanding of math, economics, computer science, and management material. I enjoy working with students in all levels of math, teaching the invaluable skills that can improve their performance in the subject. I particularly enjoy tutoring accounting, finance, and economics. As a tutor, I talk with each student to get an understanding of their learning style, goals, weaknesses, and strengths to determine a solid lesson plan for optimal learning. I'm a flexible tutor and can adapt my teaching style to suit their ever-changing needs. I use a variety of learning tools to demonstrate the material in a way that the student will completely understand, rather than memorize. I can prepare students for their upcoming tests, as well as work with them on homework or essay assignments. When I'm not teaching or studying, I love to dance and listen to music. I enjoy solving math puzzles, as well as learning new teaching strategies.
